Our freeze drying technique is nothing short of magical. For the last 22 years, Mum and I have been refining our growing and drying so that our edible flowers look like they've been freshly picked on the day you use them - and for many days afterwards too!

You can decorate all your blooming bakes a couple of days before collection and these blooms will be as fresh as the day you received them - even if you store them in an unrefrigerated display cabinet and just as gorgeous if you pop them in the coolroom for 2 days beforehand.

Our full collection is 100% edible, organically grown and hand-picked on our Australian family farm on the Murray River.
