A Bloomish Box is a carefully curated selection of seasonal freeze dried edible flowers delivered monthly or available once off. It's designed to surprise and delight you with our most beautiful bespoke blooms. Read more about our Bloomish Box.

Our Bloomish Boxes are extremely limited and packaged to order. We do not pre-assemble anything. If you purchase a Bloomish Box, we will try to dispatch your first box within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please send us an email if you require expedited shipping of your Bloomish Box.

If you are a subscriber (not a one-time purchaser), once your first box is on its way we will reset your subscription so that future boxes will be sent out in the middle of each month.

Approximate delivery times after your box has left the Bloomish Farm are:
4 - 10 days: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide Metro and Regional Victoria.
7 - 15 days: Perth, Tasmania, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA, SA and International.

Bloomish Boxes of can be purchased once off OR via subscription. If you would like one box only, please select the "One-time only" purchase option as you go through checkout.

If you choose the subscription option where you save 40%, you are committing to a minimum of 2 deliveries (two payments).

Bloomish Boxes are all about discovery so the contents of the box are a surprise. Each month we curate a collection of our most beautiful seasonal blooms, many of which are only available in a Bloomish Box.

Bloomish makes no representations and gives no warranties that all or any of the products in the monthly box will adhere to your specific needs and lifestyle. Bloomish is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your monthly box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever.

To pause or cancel your subscription, please send an email or complete the form on the Contact Us page. Please do not message us on Instagram or Facebook to change your subscription.

We just need 2 days notice prior to your subscription renewing and you must have reached your minimum commitment of 2 deliveries.

You can choose to pause your subscription until a specific date, pause your subscription indefinitely, or cancel your subscription.

Our Bloomish Boxes are an extremely limited, custom item. Once you pause or cancel a subscription, we cannot reserve the flowers for you. Your subscription can only be resumed if we have the stock available.

Our edible flowers have been freeze dried which means they maintain their full, life-like size, colour and appearance.

Air drying is a method of dehydrating which makes the flowers shrivel up but we freeze dry to ensure the flowers keep their "fresh" appearance.

We are the first freeze dried edible flower farm in the world. So the flowers you see on our website are truly unique and innovative.

Our freeze dried edible flowers are best stored at room temperature in a cool, dark cupboard like your kitchen pantry. Flowers received in jars should be stored in the jars whereas flowers received in boxes should be popped in a tightly sealed plastic container or stored in any bags provided.

Our freeze dried edible flowers have a long shelf life. When stored correctly in sealed packaging in a dark pantry, they can keep beautifully for at least 2 years! You will notice on our packaging that there is a Best Before date of approximately 6 months. This means that our freeze dried edible flowers are at their most vibrant up until the Best Before date. Should you wish to eat them after that date, they are still safe to consume but they may not be as colourful as when you first received them.

Our edible flowers are all organically and sustainably grown on our family farm in Swan Hill. To have the Australian Certified Organic stamp is simply not economically viable for us at this time but we are 100% dedicated to ensuring our flowers are organically and ethically grown. We don't spray with any chemicals and our fertilisers are all certified organic. Regular inspections are also conducted by our local health department to guarantee that we do what we say we do!

All of our edible flowers are processed in a facility for edible flowers only, which means they are naturally Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.

We are also registered suppliers to Lush Cosmetics and our products are endorsed as Cruelty-Free as well as organically grown.

You will receive an email containing tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

We have been successfully shipping international for over 16 years and continue to do so today.

We ship to most countries including New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. There are some other things to consider when placing an order for delivery outside of Australia, so it's important to take the time to read through the following information.

To view prices in your local currency, please use the Currency Selector positioned on the top right and bottom left of the website.

If your local currency is not available for selection, we most likely still ship to your country. You can contact us by email at hello@bloomish.co to confirm shipping to your country. Please note: if your currency is not available, you will be charged in the currency that is selected on the top of the website. This is usually Australian Dollars and so you will be charged in AUD at the exchange rate of the day.

Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by the customer.

Failure to provide your delivery address in the correct format may result in a delay in your order being processed, so do be sure to double check and ensure that it's correct. If the order is returned to sender as a result of the address being incorrect, a re-shipment fee will apply.

Bloomish will not accept any claim for ‘lost’ or ‘missing’ parcels if the customer has entered the address incorrectly or in the incorrect format, or provided the carrier with an ‘Authority to Leave’ instruction. Bloomish does not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

For Australian orders we ship with both Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express as well as Toll Priority Courier, depending on your location. Bloomish is not responsible or liable for any delay of delivery of your products or any damage caused to your products which is beyond Bloomish’s control.

If you're not home at the time of your delivery, a collection card will be left so that you can arrange collection or redelivery.

All orders under $150 have a $14.95 shipping fee for Australia. We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $150 in Australia, including regional Australia.

Bloomish Box 3, 6 and 12 Monthly Plans include FREE Shipping in Australia and $15 International Shipping.

Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Afterpay is available for all orders including one-time Bloomish Boxes. It is not available for monthly and quarterly Bloomish Box subscriptions.

Please send an email including your existing address and your new address along with the subject line "Address Change" to hello@bloomish.co.

All address change requests must be made before the 7th of the month, or the following month’s box will be shipped to the existing address.

Bloomish does not offer refunds, including no partial refunds. For 3, 6 or 12 months subscriptions that have already started; Bloomish may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. Bloomish does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances.

You will be billed on the day that you sign up to Bloomish. After this time your account billing date is re-set. If you are on a monthly or quarterly subscription you will be billed in the middle of the month prior to your next box shipping.
