We hate shipping costs as much as you so we do our best to minimise them when we can! This is why we offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide irrespective of your location.

All orders are assigned a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Australia-Wide Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Delivery Australia-wide to orders (excluding subscriptions) over $150.
When spending under $150, we charge a flat rate of $14.95 for Standard Delivery Australia-wide.

Packaging & Dispatching
We always work towards dispatching orders within 2 business days however, it may take as long as 4 business days.

There are downsides to growing, hand-picking and drying world-first products from a small family farm. It means that during peak periods and with especially popular items, we may be waiting for the next freeze drier to be unloaded. In these instances, it may take a few extra days to restock. We are harvesting and replenishing stock daily. However, in some cases it may take longer to dispatch orders and in such circumstances we ask for your patience.

If your order is particularly urgent, please Contact Us when you place your order to request it be shipped immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Unforseen Shipping Costs
In some cases the shipping cost far exceeds the delivery fee (such as a bulk order sent via express to a remote Australian location) that you have paid, so we will contact you and discuss alternative delivery options. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund it in full if it cannot be shipped affordably.

Shipping Times Australian & International (does not include packaging and dispatch time)
Approximate Standard Delivery times after your box has left the Bloomish Farm are*:
4 - 10 days: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide Metro and Regional Victoria.
7 - 15 days: Perth, Tasmania, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA, SA and International.

Approximate Express Delivery times after your box has left the Bloomish Farm are*:
1 - 2 days: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide Metro and Regional Victoria.
2 - 3 days: Perth, Tasmania, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA, SA.
3 - 7 days: International.

Please Note
We cannot always guarantee delivery times as we work within the constraints of our 3rd party couriers. We do our very best to keep you informed and provide you with tracking so you can monitor delivery progress. 

Multiple Packages
On some occasions we’ll split your order into multiple parcels to ensure some items can be delivered to you faster. Should your order arrive and something is missing, rest assured it is probably on its way separately. Should you wish to clarify that with our Customer Service team you can simply send them an email with your order number and the item(s) details that are missing. The best email to use is hello@bloomish.co.

Shipping Carriers
We rely on and trust the good people at Australia Post and Toll Priority to safely and promptly deliver your goods.

Australia Post
Please note the following:

  • Unless 'authority to leave' is given at the time of order, a signature is required on delivery.
  • If the parcel requires a signature on delivery, and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local post office. A card will be left by the courier and you will receive a notification via email from AusPost when your order is ready to be picked up. 
  • If you do not pick up your parcel from your local post office within 10 working days of receiving an email, it will be returned to our warehouse. Bloomish reserves the right to charge an additional AUD $14.95 to redeliver your parcel. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Australia Post will return your order to our warehouse. Bloomish reserves the right to charge an additional AUD $14.95 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.  
3rd Party Courier
Please note the following:
  • Unless 'authority to leave' is given at the time of order, a signature may be required on delivery.
  • If the parcel requires a signature on delivery, and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local Courier. A card will be left by the courier and you will receive a notification via email from Courier when your order is ready to be picked up or can arrange a new redelivery date (1 attempt only). 
  • If you do not pick up your parcel from your Courier Depot or arrange re-delivery within 3 working days of receiving an email, it will be returned to our warehouse. Bloomish reserves the right to charge an additional AUD $14.95 to redeliver your parcel. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Courier will return your order to our warehouse. Bloomish reserves the right to charge an additional AUD $14.95 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.  

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions
By opting for "Authority to Leave" Bloomish will instruct the associated courier service to leave your parcel at your unattended premises as per your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises and Bloomish (and Australia Post/Courier) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result after. You agree to release Bloomish against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of this Authority to Leave.
