At Bloomish, we pride ourselves on providing only the very best products. We aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. So, if you receive any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered, we'll definitely agree to replace or refund.
We do however ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with photo evidence so we can verify your claim. In some cases such as a damaged item or where you may have received the wrong product, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know once we’ve verified your claim. We’ll either send out a replacement product or issue a complete refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will be via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All emails regarding returns should be sent to email@example.com.
You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, Bloomish will not provide a refund unless Bloomish is unable to fulfil your order. Bloomish reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to suspicion of fraud, supply issues, shipping delays or a product becoming unavailable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged like perishable goods (such as flowers, plants or food including edible flowers, tea blends and freeze dried edible flowers), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (such as confetti cannons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
