These BLOOMING BEAUTIFUL Jars of Freeze Dried Edible Flowers were first created for Mother's Day as gifts for family and friends. On the spur of the moment, a couple of weeks later, I popped them on Instagram and asked if anyone would be interested in them.
Well, blow me down... you all loved them. So Mum and I have decided to create a very small, strictly LIMITED EDITION of these Blooming Beauties for you to make magic with. They are the perfect edible flowers for cupcake decorating, cake decorating and cocktail garnishes.
Each jar is a unique blend of whole, organic, freeze dried edible flowers in gorgeous pink, white, purple and red colours - all the colours that our Mother's (and we) like! Just imagine how you're going to use these edible flowers on your bakes, cakes, cupcakes, cocktails :
What makes them even more beautiful, is that each flower is lovingly grown using biodynamic farming methods by Mum and I on our family farm and then freeze dried for freshness, right on the farm! And the beauty is, we can send them from our farm on the river in rural Australia to anywhere in the world. 🌏

Fancy Facts of Freeze Dried Storage:
These beauties will keep perfectly in your pantry. No refrigeration necessary. The sooner you use them, the brighter and fresher they will be. But they are still safe to use years later (they just won't be as vibrant)!

Because we've never sold these blooming beauties before, we will be packing each jar to order. So it could take our family team a week or two to despatch your order. We package every jar and box to order by hand. Although we always work towards dispatching orders within a week of your purchase, it may take us longer as we are a small family farm packaging every jar to order by hand. If your order is particularly urgent, please Contact Us when you place your order to request it be shipped immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All orders are assigned a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
We are located in regional Victoria, Australia. Our freeze dried edible flowers can be shipped worldwide via Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express as well as International Courier.

Our freeze dried edible flowers are best stored at room temperature in a cool, dark cupboard like your kitchen pantry. Flowers received in jars should be stored in the jars whereas flowers received in boxes should be popped in a tightly sealed plastic container.
Our freeze dried edible flowers have a long shelf life. When stored correctly in sealed packaging in a dark pantry, they can keep beautifully for at least 2 years! You will notice on our packaging that there is a Best Before date of approximately 6 months. This means that our freeze dried edible flowers are at their most vibrant up until the Best Before date. Should you wish to eat them after that date, they are still safe to consume but they may not be as colourful as when you first received them.
Our freeze dried edible flowers are best stored at room temperature for long term storage. However, if you need to decorate a cake and store it in the fridge for a few days prior to the special event, then the flowers will keep well in the fridge.
