One of my favourite viola colours, these lovely Light Purple Violas provide the perfect pop of colour for cupcakes and cocktails. I actually think the colour has intensified with the freeze drying process, even though the violas are still 100% natural.
Mum and I grow these gorgeous blooms on our family farm and ship them to 37 countries worldwide. You can pop them in your pantry and have them on hand ready for that last minute order. This light purple colour is exceptionally long lasting and easy to store.

We package every jar and box to order by hand. Although we always work towards dispatching orders within a week of your purchase, it may take us longer as we are a small family farm packaging every jar to order by hand. If your order is particularly urgent, please Contact Us when you place your order to request it be shipped immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All orders are assigned a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
We are located in regional Victoria, Australia. Our freeze dried edible flowers can be shipped worldwide via Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express as well as International Courier.

Our freeze dried edible flowers are best stored at room temperature in a cool, dark cupboard like your kitchen pantry. Flowers received in jars should be stored in the jars whereas flowers received in boxes should be popped in a tightly sealed plastic container.
Our freeze dried edible flowers have a long shelf life. When stored correctly in sealed packaging in a dark pantry, they can keep beautifully for at least 2 years! You will notice on our packaging that there is a Best Before date of approximately 6 months. This means that our freeze dried edible flowers are at their most vibrant up until the Best Before date. Should you wish to eat them after that date, they are still safe to consume but they may not be as colourful as when you first received them.
Our freeze dried edible flowers are best stored at room temperature for long term storage. However, if you need to decorate a cake and store it in the fridge for a few days prior to the special event, then the flowers will keep well in the fridge.
