When will my box be sent?

We package every Bloomish Box by hand and expect it to be despatched from our farm by the end of the month in which you paid. 

Shipping Times  - Australia & International

Approximate Standard Delivery times AFTER your box has left the Bloomish Farm are*:
4 - 14 days: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide Metro and Regional Victoria.
7 - 21 days: Perth, Tasmania, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA and SA.
14 - 28 days: International.

All orders are assigned a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Where are you located?

We are located in regional Victoria, Australia. Our Bloomish Boxes can be shipped worldwide via Australia Post eParcel as well as International Courier.

Can I try just one box?

Bloomish Boxes of edible flowers are only available as part of a subscription. If you'd like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time. We just need 2 days notice prior to your subscription renewing.

Can I choose what is in my box?

Bloomish Boxes are all about discovery so the contents of the box are a surprise. Each month we curate a collection of our most beautiful seasonal blooms, many of which are only available in a Bloomish Box.

When am I billed?

You will be billed on the day that you sign up to Bloomish. After this time your account billing date is re-set.

If your first payment when you signed up was between 1st to the 14th of the month, your billing date will be re-set to the 1st of the next month.

If your first payment whemn you signed up was between 15th and 31st of the month, your billing date will be re-set to the 15th of the month.

How should I store my freeze dried edible flowers?

Our freeze dried edible flowers are best stored at room temperature in a cool, dark cupboard like your kitchen pantry. Flowers received in jars should be stored in the jars whereas flowers received in boxes should be popped in a tightly sealed plastic container.

How long do your freeze dried edible flowers last?

Our freeze dried edible flowers have a long shelf life. When stored correctly in sealed packaging in a dark pantry, they can keep beautifully for at least 2 years! You will notice on our packaging that there is a Best Before date of approximately 6 months. This means that our freeze dried edible flowers are at their most vibrant up until the Best Before date. Should you wish to eat them after that date, they are still safe to consume but they may not be as colourful as when you first received them.

Can I store them in the fridge?

Our freeze dried edible flowers are best stored at room temperature for long term storage. However, if you need to decorate a cake and store it in the fridge for a few days prior to the special event, then the flowers will keep well in the fridge.
